Planking is becoming very very popular, whether its the web, videos, or pictures it is popular. Many celebs (pictured: Dwight Howard & Gilbert Arenas) are planking. All you do is lay flat on anything, you can go crazy with it and go on top of a building or highway or just simply lay flat on your dining table. Many also disagree and are against planking, but i think its pretty fun, probably about to go try it now lol.
